We had a call from Sam, who had recently moved into her property. She was experiencing water leakage into the house. Her limited initial funds required a temporary fix until more funds were available.

What We Did

  • A roof inspection to ascertain cause of problem.
  • Advised Sam that the property’s old copper roof was failing.
  • Completed a temporary repair involving applying primer to the cracks and installing torch on felt and sealing.
  • When a larger budget became available we installed a full new roof.
  • Stripped the old copper roof back to the timbers.
  • Installed OSB boards to the entire flat roof, allowing for a great EPDM rubber roof.
  • Refurbished the chimney with new lead and the skylight with a new double-glazed window.

The Result

The brand new roof is fully guaranteed for 10 years and Sam is delighted with the service we provided.
